Effective banner ads provides internet users the information that could motivate them to make a purchase. A colorful banner ads with catchy phrases could catch the browsers attention then that user might consider purchasing a product of service that he or she previously gave no thought to owning.
Banner Ads are usually seen on just about every website. They just hang about at the side or the top of the page blinking, flashing, some run across your monitor or just stays in one place, its nature is to catch the searchers attention. It could also be in a pop-up form, or blocks the page you are trying to open. They could be everywhere, they may seem annoying, but they too are often effective.
