Social Media Tools: Using the Best Marketing Tools to Promote your Company

Social Media Tools: Using the Best Marketing Tools to Promote your Company

Some of the best companies in the world today have learned that social networking outlets can make a big difference in how they advertise or market their products or services. One of the most affordable and effective tools that companies can use is the social media tools. These tools provide a unique method to market their company to a new audience that enjoys instant gratification and demands total access to people. Staying in touch with everyone else is the latest trend that people are demanding to be part of their everyday lives. Just a quick taste of this access has created a number of social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter. Each of these sites is working hard to meet this growing demand by the public.

One of the best things about the social media strategies being employed is the cost associated with the tools. Almost no charge is involved in using the social media strategies and this savings can be used in other places where resources are short. Marketing your company can also be done by an Internet company that specializes in the use of social media strategies and social media tools. Making the switch over to online media networks can be scary for companies that are not ready for the change. Finding a company that has the right experience with these tools is important if you want to market the company the right way.

The number of companies that exist to help deal with social networking sites is growing each day. Trying to figure out which company should be used should not be as difficult as you might think it would be. The goal to using the social media strategies is to help your company grow and expand. Reaching a higher number of customers is an important aspect of building the customer base. Taking advantage of the new technologies that are constantly being developed concerning social networks is a key part of the social media strategies that companies can benefit from.

In the past, many companies would market their companies through radio and TV spots. These various spots were often hit or miss depending on whether the target audience saw the ads or spots. Using the social media tools that are currently available from various websites can make it possible for a company to generate new forms of revenue. Many of the websites can provide custom social media tools that will not only take advantage of the new technologies but that will allow your company to remain connected to customers. Gone are the days when people would have to wait for feedback from customers. With the new social interaction networks, it is possible to get instant feedback from customers.

Social media tools should be carefully examined before making a decision on what to use to help promote your company. The best marketing tools can make a difference in taking your company to the next level. Social interaction between your company and customers can provide the necessary help to make this goal happen.

The Advantages of Using a Keyword Ranking Tool

The Advantages of Using a Keyword Ranking Tool

Your aspirations to convert new visitors into new customers rely on the amount of traffic your website receives. To track your visitors, you need web analysis tools such as traffic analyzers and ranking tools. With the help of these tools, you can get real-time analytics, statistics and information about your website. A ranking tool helps you ascertain whether your website appears on the first pages of the Google search results or not.

Just like traffic analyzers, ranking tools are also very important to determine the “health” of the website. Almost 90 percent Internet users use Google to search for products and services. A good website with the right keywords and quality content makes its way to the top in Google search results. The websites shown on the initial search pages are likely to get more traffic than any other website. However, most website owners don’t know how to check their website rankings. To make this possible, several online services have come up with ranking tools that help them to ascertain the page rank of their websites/ web pages.

While traffic analyzers are very important tools to track visitors, a ranking tool helps you ascertain whether your keywords are being ranked high enough. There are many online services that offer rank checker for Google rank, but only a few excel in providing real-time results and data. Such services provide the tools for a small fee. The tools are in the form of a code that webmasters need to place on the bottom of the page right before the of their website. But before they get access to the code, they need to register with the service and pay a small fee.

If you are planning to get the right rank checker for Google rank, consider only those services that offer credible tools, which have the ability to provide real-time results. The services also offer additional tools to analyze your social media presence – whether your customers are following you on Twitter and your popularity quotient at one of the Facebook fan pages. With the help of the right tools at disposal, you know whether you are communicating the right message to have the right impact.

Geo-Marketing As a New Business Marketing Tool

Geo-Marketing As a New Business Marketing Tool

Geo-Marketing (or Geographic Marketing) is a new method of marketing a business and its website through web searches, mobile searches and social media. As you can see, the geo-marketing tools being used are digital and through the Internet or Mobile devices.

While geo-marketing’s definition is the association of data and maps in the traditional sense, the added convergence of local business listings, mobile marketing, and social media makes this method of marketing more powerful than ever before. This marketing tool is no longer just a large business marketing tool, but is available to small and medium size businesses too.

We should define what we mean by local business. A local business is any sized business dependent on the local consumer for its revenue. This means you could be a national company like Home Depot, U-Haul, or Best Buy or you could be a local florist or independent store only known to your local geography.

From a technical standpoint an Internet user’s IP address is tied to GPS data, like longitudes and latitudes, which are mapped with technology to geographies around the world down to the city and street level. While all this data may seem overwhelming, the good news is that most businesses do not need to concern themselves with this part of geo-marketing. Many of the tools already have all of this information built into their software or hardware technology so we can stay focused on how we will use geo-marketing tools.

The difficulty with any new marketing tool is a business’s inability to adopt the methodology early. When it comes to technologies and the Internet, in the past, by the time most businesses are ready to adopt a marketing tool, the industry has already moved on to something new. Being an early or at least an earlier adopter of marketing methods on the Internet and through digital devices can only benefit the business.

We have seen many signs over the past two years regarding the evolution of geographic marketing. When companies like Google, Apple, and the investment community of Wall Street start to put 0 million and more behind a technology it will become part of our daily lives whether a business wants it or not. Consumers have and will be using more of these geo-marketing tools to find businesses, services or products near them.

Let’s take a look at the three main tools that consumers are using to find businesses, products or services close to their geography.

1. Web searches are the first and most obvious, however, these are web searches in which a map displays with targets the businesses that match the search criteria. Unlike the traditional yellow pages, these geo-listings (a.k.a. Local Business Listings) can be claimed and updated with your business marketing information in order to meet these search criteria.

While this may sound relatively easy, geo-listings also include: consumer reviews that need to be managed; the clean-up of duplicate listings; coupons; offers; discounts; videos; photos; citations; QR bar codes; and, hyper local websites. Understanding what to start with and how to strategically use these components can be done by a professional marketing firm that specializes in this area. You can read more about these components in one of our previous articles on our blog.

2. Mobile Marketing is the next most significant geo-marketing tool in which SMS Texting, Mobile Applications, Mobile version of your website, and Mobile advertising are your key components. The starting point in this process will be with SMS Texting to get your alerts out to customers that subscribe to your short bursts of information. The reason why this is your starting point is that it will take time to build your list of subscribers.

3. Social Media Marketing continues to evolve and is, also, geographic in its targeting ability. Consumers are using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Wiki sites, Four Square, Instant Messaging and other social community tools on their mobile devices. While they use it mostly to find businesses, products and services, in the social communities they are seeking recommendations from their friends (near and far). They are, also, using these social communities to post their experiences with a business, product or service. For this reason you have to monitor the social communities in order to embrace any potential problem situations and work with them.

These three geo-marketing components are important to any business size – large or small – and each have their own sub-components that need to be well understood in order to succeed. Understanding the strategy amongst them; the acceptance and embracing them early; and, finally planning on a 3-year return will put you on the right path of geo-marketing.

Certainly your time resources are limited and Geo-Marketing Services are provided by SmartFinds Internet Marketing. You will find this to be of great benefit to your time resources and the low cost service may eliminate your yellow page ad costs. iPhone to Car The New Media Solution

Author admin    Category Twitter Apps     Tags , ,

iPhone to Car The New Media Solution

The iPhone is one of the most successful phones in recent history. The ability to integrate numerous features makes the phone desirable, the image, design and styling make it more so. The fact its a must have accessory for a large majority of the population speaks volumes about the success Apple have had since the release.

One of the reasons the apple iPhone is so successful is because it brings all types of new digital media to the table. In fact some would say its responsible for a large part of the development of new media. For instance, Would sites like Facebook and Twitter be so popular if they weren’t accessible on your mobile phone?

Harnessing this new media is a challenge for all companies wanting involvement in the iPhone revolution, making an add-on that actually improves the features of an iPhone is somewhat difficult. Apps can be created relatively easily depending on the subject and performance targets, and of-course the skill of the development team behind it. However the devices that physically connect to the iPhone face entirely different obstacles. A good example was the power chance from 12v to 9v and 5v charging.

One of the problems when trying to integrate the iPhone with external hardware (None computers) is that the software on the phone is complex, computers can obviously install compatible software to integrate well, however when trying to integrate into something more simple in design i.e a car stereo more problems are encountered. Software is obviously not available to install on car stereos so certain features on the iPhone are not transferable.

The major problem when connecting an iPhone to a device without software is that the iPhone locks out and goes into flight mode. In the case of iPhone car kits, If you wanted to control the iPhone through the stereo or steering wheel controls the kit will lockout the iPhone, basically turning it into an iPod. Which isn’t a problem when navigating through your music collection, however you will not be able to make or receive calls or texts.

Dension have created a new iPhone car kit which allows the connection of the iPhone without it going into flight mode, you control the iPhone’s music from the phone its self so you still have full phone features combined with the music integration into your car. The iPhone is charged while connected and the stereo retains all of its usual controls, I.e volume controls.

The Gateway Lite is the next generation of iPhone car kits specifically designed for such purpose, have you mobile jukebox in full operation in your car and you phone if required. The Gateway lite is not a phone kit and does not offer any handsfree functions, but is the best solution for integrating your iPhone into your vehicle.

Traffic generation in article marketing

Traffic generation in article marketing

The only method to attain true internet marketing success in monetary terms is to ensure a continual flow of incessant traffic to one’s website. Regardless of the quality of the website content, convertibility, a solid product and/or up-sells, back-ends, traffic is the only element crucial in ensuring consistent and sustained profits. Doing it right can mean a multiple-fold increase in revenue and of course the reverse is true.

Acting against the wishes of marketers for the above to be true, a major hurdle present in the modern online fraternity is the “web-smartness” of patrons and surfers. They are picky, choosy and afraid of scams almost against every ounce of information present. As the saying goes, whenever there is a crisis there exist and opportunity; the more granular the audience the better it is as it turns out because one’s articles become more and more targeted and effective.

The traditional way of attracting traffic is through the age-old pay per click (PPC) technique. The former works well but only insofar as attracting volumes of traffic at a colossal cost. It only serves to better click through rates but as a method it is far inapt because of the quality of traffic it garners. PPC customers are mostly what we call non-niche goers as they are not ardent to any specific topic and will most likely stay on one’s website for less than 30 seconds before leaving. Furthermore, from a marketer’s perspective what can a short advertisement tell to attract real substance?

Genuine article marketing then creates traffic in a couple of common-sensical but important ways. The first being the fact that articles are normally published on renown directories which Google spiders have a knack for searching and hitting because the former is mainly a information provider and has a great penchant for quality content. Keyword specific articles can be positioned very highly on prominent search engines via this piggy backing method on Google recognised directories. This way, one’s link in the resource section of the article has every chance of getting opened consequently resulting in specific and targeted traffic flowing into a designed sales channel.

The second is the fact that the links to one’s website in articles published on major directories create back-links. This has an effect of optimising the website so as opposed to articles ranking high in the previous case the website now ranks high for related keywords on the search engines. This is the intended result of both exercises though the gestation period for the second strategy is invariably longer and requires more consistent diligence.

The Next Internet Wave Is Coming

Author admin    Category Twitter Apps     Tags , , ,

The Next Internet Wave Is Coming

Have you heard the news? RESMarketing.ws wants you to know that more than a billion people are kicking down the doors to the Internet and billions more will follow. The hottest place to be is online and if you STILL have yet to get in on the action, or at least position yourself for the coming wave, this is your wake-up call.

Google, the 0,000,000,000 mega-search-engine, has so much business it can afford to give away cutting edge applications for free to test marketing strategies. The result: More traffic and advertising revenue for them and free organic search engine traffic for you with Adsense sprinkled for good measure.

According to Nielson (May 2009) “Online video usage is up 53%” and YouTube has benefited in a big way.  Once obscure people are now YouTube sensations recording music, offering cosmetic tips, producing film, and even offering a wide array of well-documented video tutorials that viewers find irresistible.  The result:  More traffic and advertising dollars for them, more traffic for your uploaded videos free of charge.

Twitter spreads information faster than the Associated Press at times and punk kids have become Internet marketing gurus spreading tips and strategies at lightening speed.  When new products launch and followers are commanded to GO GO GO, an avalanche of traffic can flood blogs, websites, opt-in forms, and drive sales of marketing courses at the push of a single tweet.  The result: Opportunities to build JV alliances with leaders, test special offers with instant results, and the chance to position yourself as a leader in front of a growing audience of prospects at zero cost.

If that isn’t enough to encourage you to head to the closest Internet shore ready to ride the big one, maybe this will.

More eyeballs are glued to Macs, PCs, and mobile devices than ever before and they’re downloading apps, music, ringtones, games, buying from Amazon.com, backing up programs online with Mozy, and searching for old friends with free people searches and you can join affiliate programs, offer the same products, and potentially earn income without investing nothing more than your time.  All you have to do is decide to start and go for it.

The massive traffic spreading across the web has room for you.  Whether you want free and low cost strategies for making money online, interested in Blogging about the latest blockbuster film while earning cash from Google Adsense, want to sell blueprints for building wind turbines, or discovered the best way to raise Koi during migratory bird season, the opportunity to make a decent wage online is there for the taking.

Waves of traffic are virtually guaranteed by innovations in technology connecting people to the Internet at lower costs and faster transfer rates.  Easier global access can literally help boost your annual income.  If you ever complained about a job, a boss, your income, or quality of life, RESMarketing.ws urges you to consider the Internet and the prosperity it can offer.

Where else can you sell a product at 2 AM while sleeping?  Where else can you enroll an affiliate into a network marketing opportunity without picking up the phone?  Where else can you take advantage of 100% automation where the only time you have to send an email outside an autoresponder is to thank the company for the bonus check?

Kick down the door!  Head to the shore!!  Hop in!!!  Let the Internet unlock your true income potential and surf the waves all the way to the bank.

What Is Internet Marketing?

What Is Internet Marketing?

Internet marketing… this term has so much meaning for those of us trying to make money online, or simply trying to promote a website address and draw visitors. Internet marketing goes by several other names as well. Many of these popular names include web-marketing, I-marketing, online-marketing, email-marketing, etc. The list truly goes on and on. What is Internet marketing? Basically Internet marketing is defined as “the marketing of products or services over the Internet.” Since the Internet provides you with a worldwide audience, you can in-turn try and sell your goods to a worldwide audience, no matter where you are located.

There are several ways to get your name and brand out to possible consumers. Using creative and technical aspects of the Internet including design, advertisement, development and sales, you are able to get the word out to millions of people. There are many ways to engage customers and potential clients. Some of the more popular techniques include Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), e-mail marketing, and producing banner ads, just to name a few. Using these types of Internet marketing strategies – along with other popular Internet marketing techniques, will ensure that at the very least, you will get some traffic to your website. People may not be interested, but at least you know you were seen by millions of people.

While SEO is currently the #1 approach used for Internet marketing, there are several other excellent techniques being developed and implemented to help providers gain exposure and build traffic to their respective sites. A popular technique that is starting to gain some serious momentum is a Internet marketing technique called “SEO Link Wheels.”

SEO Link Wheels is a new trend in Internet marketing. This type of SEO uses social media sites to help build traffic to your website. Since SEO is the most popular way to gain attention for your website, it is also the hardest. People are constantly looking for different SEO building techniques, and this one seems to work really well. SEO Link Wheels work like this…

- You write – or someone you hire, writes ten articles that are all related to the keyword you are targeting. – You take your articles and submit them to ten different online article directories. – In each of your articles you place two links. One link directly to your site (using the chosen keyword), and connect the other link directly to one of the other nine articles that you have submitted to the article directories. – Each article will be linked into your site, as well into all the other articles written (which are also linked to your site) thus forming a “wheel” of ten articles.

These – as well as other approaches, are gaining steam and popularity. If you are unfamiliar with some of these techniques then you can always start the good old-fashioned way… build your own content. Just make sure your content is unique and has links built in. A good way to stay fresh and unique is to hire a couple of different writers to build content for you. You will acquire writing with the same keywords, but you will have content and opinions from different writers.

I am a construction engineer turned internet marketer, If I can do it so can you, take a look at http://www.steve-duval.com My goal is to mentor others to do the same. http://www.your-online-income.com

The Importance Of StumbleUpon And It’s Role In Social Media

The Importance Of StumbleUpon And It’s Role In Social Media

It’s been on the news and in the discussion boards–the world of online social sites. What social media is to the citizenry today is something much more than just connecting with complete strangers. Many people have brought this into their daily lives and use it regularly to connect both locally and as far away as out of the country. Sites like StumbleUpon have made meetings like this not only convenient but surprising and fun!

Does your family live far away? Are you one of the few who actually send paper cards and letters through the mail? The Internet has nearly erased the need for stationary anymore, because it allows us to send emails and notes to people who live all the way around the other side of planet in moments, let alone in the same city. We can now share videos with each other simply with the click of a button, using tools like those that StumbleUpon offer.

With the explosion of social communication online, people miles apart can set up major events such as reunions, or something as small as an impromptu barbecue. People are able to find and get in touch with long lost family members due to social profiles being posted on so many sites. If you’re looking for your family history, the search for grandparents, and great-grandparents has become even easier due to information all over the web.

For those of us who do use it on a daily basis to communicate locally, social media gives us a way to create party invitations and receive RSVP’s while never picking up a telephone. When almost your entire circle of influence has an online presence, you are able to advertise your event and get together a guest list before you even speak to one person. In fact, e-vites have become the method of choice, short of setting up a wedding or graduation ceremony.

Along with communication, social media also gives you a way to have some electronic recreational fun. Don’t talk to your neighbors? Friends too busy for game night? Many social sites are also giving lots of options as far as sharing videos and neighborhood games. Online, you are able to become a neighbor, farm, build cities, and fight wars all with the touch of a button. Some sites like StumbleUpon also allow you to meet perfect strangers based on surfing the same type of websites.

Because the trend is through online social sites, even candidates for public office are taking notice. Many 21st century candidates are actively campaigning online through these websites and starting their own political discussions and informal polls on relative issues. For a company to ignore the wave of social interaction on the Internet is to miss out on a growing, profitable trend that will allow a look into the mind of a smart consumer.

While it’s different to everyone, what social media is to the world is basically the same. Connection to millions, coordination between family and friends miles away, and communication that is much faster than the postal service or other delivery services–it is quickly becoming the preferred method of communication overall. Join the new wave of StumbleUpon users and see what the future is bringing to us.

Traffic Generation-How To Get Highly Targeted Free Traffic To Your Website

Traffic Generation-How To Get Highly Targeted Free Traffic To Your Website

Have you been searching for an advertising platform, besides the social media networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, Ning, and Twitter, to drive traffic to your website? Do you want to receive targeted traffic to your website, so that you are immediately exposed to opportunity buyers, rather than tire kickers and curiosity seekers?

If you answered yes to both of these questions you’re in for a treat. I started using this website on June 1, 2010, and from the first day I placed ads on this site I had more than 50 visitors to my websites for each of the 10 ads I posted. Since then, I have been receiving more than 100 visitors to my websites on a daily basis from my 10 ads. Oh, did I mention that this is FREE. Yes that means you spend zero, zilch, nada dollars, and you have the opportunity to gain free exposure for your websites by simply signing up for an account.

Before signing up for an account on this website here are a few tips to ensure that you maximize your use of Traffic Swarm:

Sign up for a free lifetime membership Traffic Swarm account. If you desire to upgrade to Pro you can do so for just per month. With Pro you automatically receive 2,500 credits which will be added to your account, 200 credits for referring new members, 10% more credits by purchasing any of the credit packages offered by Traffic Swarm, and recurring monthly commissions just to name a few.

Start surfing for credits. These credits will allow you to post up to 10 FREE ads. There is a 20-second timer which appears at the top of the ad. Once that timer ends, you click next, and then proceed to a new ad to earn additional credits. Each ad has a credit value ranging from 1-1000 credits. You should also pay close attention to all the ads. The ad titled Do Not Click—Anti-Cheat Test or something along similar lines usually appears among the other ads. As the ad states you should not click on it. If you click on this link more than 5 times your account would be permanently locked. For those of you who are unable to devote the time to surfing for credits you can purchase credits ranging from 2,000 for up to 50,000 credits for 0.

Post 1-10 ads promoting your business. Enter the url for the page or website you would like to promote. Tip: Place a page or website with a video on the front which starts automatically. The ad should have a title of up to 40 characters long and a body of up to 350 characters long. Once you finish your ad, you can select a maximum of 3 categories under which you would like your ad to appear, as well as the credit cap for that ad. For example, you are a rep with a health and wellness company, and you have a nutritional product you would like to promote. After filling in the  url of the page or website you are promoting, write the title and body of the ad, and select the categories business opportunities, health and fitness, and general audience/other. Then you can place a credit cap of 250 on this ad which basically means that no more than 250 credits would be used  for that particular ad.

Sign up for your FREE Traffic Swarm account today!
