Once that timer ends, you click next, and then proceed to a new ad to earn additional credits. Each ad has a credit value ranging from 1-1000 credits. You should also pay close attention to all the ads. The ad titled Do Not Click—Anti-Cheat Test or something along similar lines usually appears among the other ads.
